TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Vouchers can only be claimed by a member for each new policy and not for additional dependants. Vouchers will only be sent out once any free period has expired and the new member's first two premiums have been received. To qualify for vouchers, details of the current member must be provided by the new member, before completion of an application form. Only recommendations leading to a new member commencing a health insurance plan will qualify for vouchers. A new member may cancel their membership and receive a full refund, provided they advise us in writing within 15 days of joining and no claims have been paid.
