January is one of the coldest months of the year, and we all struggle with a thinner purse, darker mornings and cold weather. Is this really the time of year to be putting pressure on yourself to achieve an intense goal? Why not break down your resolution? For example, if you wanted to lose weight then you should take it a month at a time. Start off by cutting out bad foods and replacing them with fruit and vegetables. Next month, try walking to work if that’s possible.

Making drastic changes to your life can be hard, and it will make sense that you would want to have someone going through the journey with you.
