January is one of the coldest months of the year, and we all struggle with a thinner purse, darker mornings and cold weather. For example, if you wanted to lose weight then you should take it a month at a time. Start off by cutting out bad foods and replacing them with fruit and vegetables. Next month, try walking to work if that’s possible.
