At CS Healthcare, we are always looking at ways to improve the products and services we offer to our members. We understand that accessing GP services quickly and at a time convenient for you can be challenging. This is why we are pleased to announce we are improving the advice line service that is available to all our members.

Our new private GP helpline, GP24, delivered by Medical Solutions UK Ltd, is now available to all CS Healthcare members. This service is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year meaning unlimited advice, reassurance, diagnosis or second opinion is available to you when you need it, from wherever you are in the world.

If clinically appropriate, the GP can also issue private prescriptions where the medication will be delivered to your home or place of work (please note: medication is not covered and costs will apply). Member dependants, such as a partner and children, are also able to utilise this service. This new offering has replaced the existing service, 'Lifeline'.

GP24 is provided to members at no extra cost to their premium and is included within the existing CS Healthcare cover. The service is available to use from day one of being on cover with CS Healthcare
