It is important to have good stress management in the workplace and in our everyday lives. When we feel overwhelmed, or stressed for long periods, it can have a negative impact on our health and wellbeing. Frequent feelings of stress can lead to the development of mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, which can have a knock on effect on your productivity, focus and our overall mood at work.

It’s not often everyone’s favourite vegetable, but cauliflower is a healthy option when it comes to serving up a side of vegetables with your meals. It’s versatile too, with numerous recipes including it, or even whole dishes dedicated to it (cauliflower cheese is particularly delicious). But what exactly are cauliflower’s health benefits?

A Mediterranean diet is eating a mixture of foods from countries, which border the Mediterranean Sea such as Greece, Italy and Spain. Cuisines vary from country to country and vary in each region, but they are based on similar food groups. In general, the Mediterranean way means eating more fresh fruit, vegetable, olive oil, wholegrains and fish while limiting the amount of meat and dairy.
The immune system is the body's defence against diseases and infections. It attacks organisms and substances that invade the body and cause disease (known as pathogens) through a series of steps called the immune response. In this blog we are going to look at nutrients you can find in foods and drinks that have been proven to help the immune system do its job. Below each nutrient we have listed some foods you might try and add to your diet to help your immune system.
As we get older our sleeping patterns and routines can change making us more likely to wake during the night or early morning. The recommended amount of sleep per night is 7-9 hours. If you lose a night or two of sleep, or sleep poorly, you may feel groggy and irritable. But if this continues, lack of sleep can affect your overall health and put you at risk of serious medical conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. Historically, all new members were considered eligible to join CS Healthcare based on their chosen profession. You had to work in the public sector or be a civil servant to become a member. As of August 2019, this eligibility criteria no longer applies. Now everyone can experience award-winning customer service.
