Stressful situations are often events that upset us emotionally or give us a lot to think about or do.
If you suffer from back pain, you are not alone. Work related back pain is a very common health condition in the U.K, particularly lower back pain. The Health and Safety Executive reports that between 2016-2017 there were approximately 3.2 million days lost to work related back disorders, with an average of 16.5 days lost per case.

Historically, all new members were considered eligible to join CS Healthcare based on their chosen profession. You had to work in the public sector or be a civil servant to become a member. As of August 2019, this eligibility criteria no longer applies. Now everyone can experience award-winning customer service.
