In common with many other organisations, CS Healthcare will not hold a physical AGM meeting in 2020 in order to ensure the safety of our Members and staff during the Coronavirus pandemic. Instead we will hold a virtual meeting at 11:00 am on the 9th September 2020. All CS Healthcare Members will receive, or will have received, documents containing information relevant to the AGM via their chosen communication method. All Members will need to enter their personal Security Code which will have been supplied to you in your postal pack or via email and Year of Birth to log in. To be valid, proxy appointments for the AGM must be received by the Company's scrutineer, CMS, by 11:00 a.m. on the 9th September 2020.
