Society Reports & AGM
Each year CS Healthcare publishes its Annual Report and Financial Statements, which discloses the Society's ongoing objectives and financial performance from the past year as well as information about our corporate governance.
Each year CS Healthcare holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) where members are given the opportunity to raise issues of importance, either in the meeting or with our Directors or members of the Senior Management Team directly. All eligible members can attend in person, or vote by proxy if they are unable to attend.
CS Healthcare’s 2019 AGM was held on 19 June 2019. The voting results are available to download here.

Own Risk Solvency Assessment (ORSA)
To comply with the requirements of the Solvency II Directive, the Board maintains an “Own Risk and Solvency Assessment” (“ORSA”). The ORSA Policy and ORSA Report provide the Society's Board and regulators with sufficient information on its regulatory and risk management processes to demonstrate its responsibilities towards protecting the Society, its members and its objectives, while minimising potential risks.
Solvency and Financial Condition Report
The Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) is a narrative report which supports the annual Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRTs) of CS Healthcare Society Limited. In line with Solvency II regulations the SFCR is submitted annually to the Prudential Regulation Authority and disclosed publicly on this website.

At CS Healthcare, we are always looking at ways to improve the products and services we offer to our members. CS Healthcare is pleased to announce an exciting change to its eligibility criteria.
Historically, all new members were considered eligible to join CS Healthcare based on their chosen profession. You had to work in the public sector or be a civil servant to become a member. As of August 2019, this eligibility criteria no longer applies. Now everyone can experience award-winning customer service.
